Category : Evaluation Studies   10 June, 1993

This is a follow-up study of the non-users identified in the Pakistan demographic and Health Survey,1990-91. The objective of the study was to explore in-depth, the factors due to which there was a high prevalence of non-users, in spite of the availability of family planning services in the country. In particular, the survey aimed to know reasons as to why women who either wanted to space or limit their births, were not using any contraception. The survey was limited to Punjab province only.
